Before you know it, pitchers and catchers will be reporting to spring training, so how far can the golf season be off? It will be Master's time before you know it! In the meantime, we should think about watching some live professional golf this season - catch the weekly action on the Golf Channel most Thursday and Friday afternoons, and either CBS, ABC or NBC on weekend afternoons.
The following tournaments will be in the Metropolitan NY/ NJ area this 2010 season. It is always great to watch these terrific players in-person. Look at this website through the season for ticket updates.
The LPGA will be returning to northern New Jersey for the Sybase Match Play Championships at Hamilton Farms (approx 45 minutes from Manhattan). Watch the top 64 LPGA players compete in this new match-play format May 20-23. Tickets are available at www.sybasematchplaychampionship.com.
Tickets for The Barclays 2010 at Ridgewood Country Club in Paramus go on sale April 12, 2010. Ticket information will be available on the Barclays golf website, or by calling The Barclays tournament office at 1-800-765-4742.
